The plant is made up of 108 positions (excluding the frame dismantling line) of which some are for treatments, others for intermediate washing and final drying. The tanks are positioned in a U shape, on two parallel lines. Over the tanks run on rails and bridge cranes, which automatically advance the bars with frames complete with pieces, following the sequence and treatment times set by the database integrated into the software. The system is controlled automatically by a PC / software in which the processing cycles and all the parameters necessary to carry out the chrome plating are entered and recalled.
