To be treated, the product is first placed manually on specific frames which, through the automated system, are then immersed in the various galvanic baths.
A customized cycle is created for each item with all the processing parameters set to satisfy the customer's requests. We guarantee thicknesses and resistance to the most stringent tests according to the specific requests. All parameters are stored in a database and managed automatically by the galvanic plant.
Galvanoplast has an internal laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and instruments of the latest generation for carrying out the analytical checks of the galvanic baths.
Once the galvanizing process is completed, the pieces are unloaded manually, checked and packed according to customer specifications.
